Had a really nice experience at Lakmé Salon Awadhpuri. The staff was very polite and friendly throughout the visit. I got a de-tan treatment done, which felt really refreshing and gave good results. I also got highlights, but the shade turned out a little different from what I had wanted. What I appreciated most was that the team was very understanding and fixed it the very next day for free until I was happy with the result. A special thanks to Reet for being so helpful and patient. She guided me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and made the experience much more comfortable. Overall, great customer service and a very professional team.
