Recently visited Lakme Salon, Mukund Nagar...had a great experience right from taking appointment on phone, Ms.Sakshi was very Polite on call, I was looking for a facial, since I was returned from a high altitude trek, my face was very dull,dry and tan ,when I asked to suggest treatment for my face, she arranged my consultation with Skin Thereopist and assured me the best treatment...Ms.Trupti who was very calm, listen and understood my all requirements with patience and suggested me a facial,also while doing a facial step by step she explained me how it will work for me on my skin... after finishing a treatment I could not see much effect but next day I was very happy with a result...and the last part when I approached towards the payment counter Ms.Nandini who offered me 20% discount with a great smile was the cherry on top.... Overall great experience and will definitely visit next time.
