She took the time to understand my preferences and concerns in detail, spending hours discussing everything with patience and compassion. This made the entire experience much easier, more comfortable, and far less stressful leading up to the wedding day. Shweta, Saira, and Kanchan did an amazing job, and I truly appreciate the care and dedication they put into making me feel my best. Even when a few last-minute mishaps arose on the D-day, the team handled everything calmly and efficiently. They also received my critical feedback very sportingly and responded to it constructively, which I really appreciated.
