I had a wonderful experience at Lakme Salon (Azad Nagar). I went in to redeem a voucher, and the process was completely seamless. A special shout-out to Akshita, who went above and beyond without me even asking. I was quite confused about which products to purchase, so she actually took the time to speak with my wife over the phone to understand her needs. She was incredibly humble and down-to-earth while explaining which products would suit her best. Akash was also very helpful with the billing process. Later, when I encountered a minor issue with a product, the replacement was handled without any hassle after the staff consulted with Akash. The entire team is exceptionally polite and customer-centric. While I haven’t tried their salon services yet, the high quality of their retail assistance gives me great confidence that their services will be just as professional. Highly recommended for their transparency and warm hospitality!
