I recently visited this Lakme branch for the first time. My hair was expertly attended to by Faizan, who delivered outstanding results. The pedicure was done by Proloy, whose skill and calm demeanour ensured an excellent service experience. The entire staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and promptly addressed clients’ needs throughout my visit. The only concern I encountered was the inconsistent availability of hot water during hair washing, which was either absent or delayed. This was quite inconvenient, particularly given the current weather conditions. I would recommend that management address this issue to enhance future client comfort. Aside from this, my experience was flawless. Highly recommended!
