That’s when I met Nawaz, and I can confidently say he is one of the most knowledgeable and patient hairstylists I’ve ever come across. Instead of rushing into colour, Nawaz first carefully assessed my hair health and suggested repairing it before anything else. He did Lakmé’s Glass Shine treatment to reduce frizz and restore smoothness, and it genuinely made my hair feel healthier from the very first step. Only after treating and protecting my hair, he went ahead with colour. He used Olaplex Bond Multiplier No.1 inside the colour to protect my hair bonds, then added a neutral caramel tone that suited my skin perfectly — not too warm, not ashy, not brassy. He also used a colour cutter to remove old yellowness instead of bleaching again, which showed how much he prioritizes hair health over shortcuts. The toning at the end gave my hair a rich, glossy, expensive finish that I absolutely love. What stood out the most was the care, honesty, and technique. Nawaz explained every step, never pushed unnecessary services, and focused on long-term hair health, not just a one-time makeover. The final result looks natural, elegant, and truly well-crafted.
