I recently visited Lakme salon and had a very good experience. The staff behaviour was professional, polite, and welcoming from the moment I entered. Everyone treated customers with respect and made sure we felt comfortable. A special mention for Roma, who did my pedicure and manicure — she is truly excellent at her work! She is gentle, patient, and pays attention to every detail. My hands and feet felt so relaxed and clean afterwards. Roma also has a very friendly and kind nature, which makes the whole session even more pleasant. Overall, a great experience — good service, clean environment, and wonderful staff behaviour.
