I had a wonderful experience at Lakmé Salon, Vijayanagar, Jalandhar. I got a facial done with Jyoti, and she was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, gentle, and knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my skin before starting. The facial was extremely relaxing, and my skin felt visibly refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. Jyoti really knows what she’s doing and makes you feel completely comfortable. I also got global hair color done with Varun, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Varun was very patient, explained the entire process clearly, and helped me choose the right shade for my skin tone and hair condition. The color turned out even, rich, and exactly what I wanted, with minimal damage. My hair feels soft and looks healthy despite the coloring. The salon itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is courteous and professional, and the overall experience felt premium and worth it.
