Had a wonderful first experience at Lakmé Salon for my root touch-up. Arshad was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained very well which hair color would suit best and guided me patiently throughout the process. Very humble, polite, and skilled at his work. Really happy with the service and highly recommend him.
