I have been a Lakme customer ever since I knew better. After moving to a new place however I needed to find something close to my place and that's how I came across this branch. At first, it was too good to be true as it was laid back & chillax, something I never experienced in a Lakme outlet, yes - that's a compliment. It's been a year now and I have taken services from practically everyone here. Pedicures from Anita, my sister's first hair color from Bhagyashree, a haircut from a hair stylist who is no longer at this branch and a facial service from Sneha. So, this review is long due. All these people are best at what they do and they do it with their hearts in it. I recently had a Korean facial (K-Essense I think) done to me and the after effects are amazing. Sneha did this facial and I remembered I complimented her right after the facial concluded. I felt so amazing. I think Maya manages everything so well, that's why it seems so stress-free and unrushed. I think that should also get noticed. I have purchased some beauty items (Schwarzkopf, 3tenx, Lakme) from here as well with proper online receipts and discounts (as applicable). Keep up the good work Team!
