I visited the Lakme Salon this branch for my daughter, as she is suffering from split ends, weak hair, hair fall, hair thinning, and dull hair. This was our first visit to a beauty salon and hair spa, and it turned out to be a great experience. First, the ambience is very good and gives positive vibes as soon as you enter. The entire staff is professional and delightful, especially the spa staff member, Mr. Harish. He is very professional, polite, and seems experienced in this field. He first asked about the issues we have with our hair and explained well how to treat the hair, how to shampoo, wash, and care for it when applying conditioner, hair oil, and while washing hair, etc. Then he suggested a spa treatment suitable for our concerns and took enough time to properly carry out every step of the procedure included in the package we chose. The hygiene and ambiance of the salon were excellent. I observed that the cleaning and housekeeping staff were also dedicated to their work, immediately taking care of hygiene and cleanliness as the stylists finished with each seat. Overall, the service is very good. I am planning to visit again for my other daughter. Highly recommended for a professional haircut and spa experience.
