The service was good, and we were able to claim multiple vouchers without any issues. I got my facial done by Deepa, and she was really good. She suggested the right treatment for my skin and did an excellent facial. I was very happy with her service. However, I feel the front desk staff could be a bit more flexible when it comes to discounts. Other Lakme branches have offered better discounts when I contacted them, which makes me feel that they prioritize customer satisfaction more. Because of this, I may not prefer visiting the Brookefield branch in the future.
