Dear Lakme Just back from my extended Christmas/ New Year vacation and wanted to thank one of your senior stylists for sending me off in December 2025, with a beautifully finished look ( see pic above), which won me several accolades from family and friends. The stylist in question: *JYOTI.* I want to thank her especially for her painstaking approach to an otherwise uncomplicated service: Roots Touch-up and Hair Trim. I am choosing to mention Jyoti's professional approach, as this was not a major, many-layered service, and yet she chose to treat it with meticulous attention. I wish to thank her most sincerely for her service which won me several compliments from my friends. She is a stylist who offers sincere, genuine attention to any service she is handling, whether it is a simple Roots Touch-up and Hair Trim or a many-layered service, both with equally excellent results.
