After talking to many salons, I decided to go to Lakme because they were the only ones who seemed to understand what my hair needed (keratin and Botox never work on curls like mine). And I’m glad I did. I needed to straighten my hair so I could manage it easily. They did a fantastic job as you can see from the photo. They were also upfront about what was being used, how often to do it so as to not damage my hair and how to maintain it. I’ve got better results than any other salon in the past and they were very patient not hurrying and spending as much time as needed. Would definitely recommend for quality of service and experience.
